ATTENTION: 

Because of the decline of the epidemiological situation in the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, the Organizing and Program Committees were forced to make a decision to move the Conference to a web-hosted event. 

Thus, the Conference will take place in the same dates which were announced before (from 20 till 25 September, 2021) not in mixed but completely in online format via Zoom. The link for connection will be sent on September 19, 2021 to all registered participants.

Theses

The theses will be available here before the beginning of the Conference. The deadline for the theses submission is August 01, 2021. Registered participants can send their theses to the Organizing Committee at conf_smath@mail.ru. The theses should be formatted with LATEX either in Russian or in English. Please, for our convenience, use your last name to title the file.



Conference Proceedings

The proceedings of the Conference are intended to be published during 2022 in the forthcoming issues of Vladikavkaz Mathematical Journal (Scopus, RSCI(WoS), zbMATH, MathSciNet). The deadline for submission is October 31, 2021.

The participants can submit both research and survey papers based on the materials of the Conference reports. The proceedings should be formatted with LaTEX in English or Russian in accordance with the requirements for publications in Vladikavkaz Mathematical Journal (posted here).

Contributions must be sent to the Organizing Committee at conf_smath@mail.ru with a note in the subject line "Article OTDE_2021_Ivanov I.I." until October 31, 2021. Please, for our convenience, use your last name to title all files of your submission. All submitted articles are subject to the usual peer review procedure.

We encourage all offline participants to take all necessary precautions in view of the COVID-2019. In case the more strict COVID-19 restrictions will be in power by the date of the Conference, the Organizing committee reserves the right to restrict the activities of the Conference or completely cancel the offline format. The relevant information will be promptly delivered to all registered participants. The Organizing Committee strongly recommends that individual precautions are observed, as well as official recommendations and restrictions are taken very responsibly.
