The program of the Conference will include plenary lectures (30-40 minutes), contributed talks (15-20 minutes) and short communications.Blackboards and beamer facilities will be available.

All participants of the Conference are planned to be accommodated at the student campus “Raduga”.

Conference materials
The theses of the Conference have to be sent to the Organizing Committee at conf_math@mail.ru till August 1, 2016. Theses will be available at the website (www.smath.ru) before the Conference begins. Theses text must be formatted as LATEX either in Russian or in English (formatting guidelines and a sample are available here). Please, for our convenience, use your last name to title the abstract's electronic file.
The proceedings of the Conferencewill be published by Southern Mathematical Institute of Vladikavkaz Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciencesin the next issue of the book "Review of Science. South of Russia.Mathematical forum". All participants can submit both research papers and survey papers are welcome. The contributions will be subject to a serious refereeing procedure. Deadline of articles’ reception is September 1, 2016. LATEX (formatting guidelines and a sample are available here).
