<div style="text-align: justify;">Because of the decline of the epidemiological situation in the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, the Organizing and Program Committees were forced to make a decision to move the Conference to a web-hosted event. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<div style="text-align: justify;">Thus, the Conference will take place in the same dates which were announced before (<b>from 20 till 25 September, 2021</b>) not in mixed but completely in <b>online format via Zoom</b>. The link for connec-tion will be sent on <b>September 19, 2021</b> to all registered participants. </div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">We kindly ask all participants to provide (at conf_smath@mail.ru) the information about the preferable time for the talk by <b>September 7, 2021</b>. This is necessary to arrange the schedule of the Con-ference, which will be sent to all participants before the Conference starts as well as posted on the web-site of <a href="http://smath.ru/activity/conf/detail.php?ID=9281" >Southern Mathematical Institute VSC RAS</a>. </div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">We also remind you that the proceedings of the Conference are intended to be published as man-uscripts <b>during 2022</b> in the forthcoming issues of <a href="http://www.vmj.ru/eng/" target="_blank" >Vladikavkaz Mathematical Journal</a> (Scopus, RSCI(WoS), zbMATH, MathSciNet). </div>

<div style="text-align: justify;"> All participants can submit both research and survey papers based on the materials of the Con-ference talks. The manuscripts should be formatted with LaTEX in English or Russian in accordance with the requirements for publications in Vladikavkaz Mathematical Journal (posted <a href="http://www.vmj.ru/eng/toauthors.php" target="_blank" >here</a>). </div>

<div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Expected size of the manuscript is no more then 10 pages with bibliography and pictures. </b></div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">Contributions have to be sent until <b>October 31, 2021</b> to the Organizing Committee at conf_smath@mail.ru with a note in the subject line "Article OTDE_2021_Ivanov I.I.". Please, for our convenience, use your last name to title all files of your submission. <b>All the submitted articles are sub-ject to the usual peer review procedure. </b></div>
