Dear participants of the International Conference "Order Analysis and Related Problems of Mathematical Modeling, XVI. Operator Theory and Differential Equations" this here you can find important information concerning the proceedings and the format of the Conference. 

CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS 

The proceedings of the Conference are intended to be published during 2022 in the forthcoming issues of Vladikavkaz Mathematical Journal (Scopus, RSCI(WoS), zbMATH, MathSciNet). The deadline for submission is October 31, 2021. 

The participants can submit both research and survey papers based on the materials of the Conference reports. The proceedings should be formatted with LaTEX in English or Russian in accordance with the requirements for publications in Vladikavkaz Mathematical Journal (posted here). 

Contributions must be sent to the Organizing Committee at conf_smath@mail.ru with a note in the subject line "Article OTDE_2021_Ivanov I.I." until October 31, 2021. Please, for our convenience, use your last name to title all files of your submission. All submitted articles are subject to the usual peer review procedure. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATTION 

We also inform you that unfortunately the epidemiological situation in the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania is deteriorating. To the date there are already introduced additional restrictions because of COVID-19. 

For this reason, we don’t exclude a possibility of transferring the Conference work completely to the online format. 

The final decision on the Conference format will be made and brought to the attention of all registered participants, as well as announced on the Southern Mathematical Institute’s website by September 01, 2021.
