Dear participants of the International Conference "Order Analysis and Related Problems of Mathematical Modeling, XVI. Operator Theory and Differential Equations" here you can find detailed information concerning the format and the proceedings of the Conference.

 

Because of the decline of the epidemiological situation in the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, the Organizing and Program Committees were forced to make a decision to move the Conference to a web-hosted event. 

Thus, the Conference will take place in the same dates which were announced before (from 20 till 25 September, 2021) not in mixed but completely in online format via Zoom. The link for connec-tion will be sent on September 19, 2021 to all registered participants. 

We kindly ask all participants to provide (at conf_smath@mail.ru) the information about the preferable time for the talk by September 7, 2021. This is necessary to arrange the schedule of the Con-ference, which will be sent to all participants before the Conference starts as well as posted on the web-site of Southern Mathematical Institute VSC RAS. 

We also remind you that the proceedings of the Conference are intended to be published as man-uscripts during 2022 in the forthcoming issues of Vladikavkaz Mathematical Journal (Scopus, RSCI(WoS), zbMATH, MathSciNet). 

 All participants can submit both research and survey papers based on the materials of the Con-ference talks. The manuscripts should be formatted with LaTEX in English or Russian in accordance with the requirements for publications in Vladikavkaz Mathematical Journal (posted here). 

Contributions have to be sent until October 31, 2021 to the Organizing Committee at conf_smath@mail.ru with a note in the subject line "Article OTDE_2021_Ivanov I.I.". Please, for our convenience, use your last name to title all files of your submission. All the submitted articles are sub-ject to the usual peer review procedure.
